Terms of Service

We do not hold you into a contract like most lawn services do.  So we ask that you help us by following a few courtesy guidelines listed below.  Continuing to get great service at a lower cost depends on EVERYONE following these few things below with us.

PLEASE FULLY READ ALL TOS BEFORE CONTACTING OR ACCEPTING SERVICE.

TERMS OF OUR SERVICE

For potential customers. Things to know about our service.  WE KNOW IT LOOKS LONG., But really it's not., It's just common sense stuff. But still read it so you understand how all of our service works.

******Please note> The reminder system is computerized so it will only register valid responses, and being sent a reminder is a courtesy not all lawn services offer. (( Father and Son is the only lawncare service  )) in the tri county area that we are aware of and possibly in the entire state,   to have a fully automated reminder service with a option to decline or change a cut day without the hassle of making allot of contact, You just do it right there with the reminder response. We do this to better help our customers, by allowing time for communication if there is a need for a time frame request or work or construction on your property being done etc.

5. FORMS OF PAYMENT. We accept checks < if paying with check please ask who to make it out to.  We accept Postal Money Orders, Cash and *Cash APP ( with cash app payments, you must send payment at time of confirmation) otherwise your lawn will not be cut.  We just can't cut on credit.

6. We will use varying % of funding toward charitable causes at our discretion.  Operating cost varies so we have to factor that into our donations.

7.  FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS: >  Please notify us ASAP if your wanting a spot for the next upcoming spring mowing season.  While we strive to have as many spots open as possible. Sometimes all our spots may be filled up before spring.  IT IS FREE to reserve your spot. But you must notify us of your intention.  In other words if your paying $30 now and you (have to find someone else)  and it's now $45  we simply cannot open a spot that's not open to accommodate.

Any and all charity is donated from funds earned through the lawn service or alike.  There is no tax exemption etc for using our services. < At this time. > HOWEVER this status may change in the future.
