Having a problem with service?
If you are having a service related issue, The best way to resolve the issue is to speak with myself or my femlale staff member who is our public relations person, Via in person, txt, or phone. We are usually able to resolve most issues easily. BUT we do not know of a service issue UNLESS you communicate with us. And we don't mean 2 or 3 weeks later or so.
EXAMPLE OF A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATION.
MrThompson: Hi could I speak to you about a small issue I am having?
Lawnguy: Sure what is the issue?
MrThompson: You forgot to weedeat a spot
Lawnguy: We apologize for that and will be right out as soon as we can to correct that issue.
MrThompson: Thanks
Lawnguy: We have made it and got the missed spots. Please check everything over and make sure it is ok.
MrThompson: Thank you everything looks great as usual great service and thank you for being responsive to me. Great customer service as usual.
Lawnguy: Your very welcome and thank you for having us. We work really hard to make sure the job is done correctly.
Please do not hesitate to communicate with us about things. What we don't know we can't fix the same as anyone else.
Finding another lawn service can sometimes be more frustrating than the issue you are having. Often miscommunication leads to unnecessary service changes that sometimes works out and sometimes is far worse than the issue you were having THAT YOU DID NOT communicate with your lawn person about . If we have a issue we will communicate that with and more often than not it will be a issue another lawn company or individual may mention as well. As with EVERY lawn service we have had our share of this, It has more often than not been our experience that these changes lead to the customer calling us back for various reasons, MOST often because they chose a switch that turned bad. Now in that scenario, they are either wanting us to come fix a mess or expecting things to fix right away. One of the issues we see is weed transfer. You had a nice yard, hired a new lawn person and now your yard is full of hard to get rid of weeds. This is not something easily fixed really. Another example is lower prices from side time lawn guys, The difference in actual lawn service and a side time lawn service is An actual lawn service is dedicated fully to the job which means it is under some obligation to make sure your taken care of as scheduled or delayed.

WHAT IS A SIDE LAWN SERVICE ?
A side-time lawn service ::: Is an individual person MAY APPEAR CHEAPER, But will cost you more in the end sometimes* especially if you have lawn damage and or weed transfer that is now going into your neighbor's lawn.
Often Side Lawn service ends in not being able to get in touch or a complete stop of service suddenly.
NOTE ON CANCEL OF OUR SERVICE. While we strive to serve as many as possible, canceled service comes with no promise of an opening or option later no matter the circumstance, It depends on our open availability and service obligations to current clients based on time slots. We make every effort to be available, but due to great service and hard-to-beat prices ( for professional lawn service ), we cannot always accommodate cancel returns in a given season. So it is sometimes important to go with an established lawn care company or person such as ours or some others. Like name brand and generic, Sometimes that generic just isn't so good.
